Prices​
  • Our prices online are very reasonable and affordable for the best quality products and may change from time to time. Shipping and handling are billed and shown separately at checkout (or on invoices, if applicable). 

  • Customers ordering from outside Canada. If, according to applicable law, the goods are subject to sales taxes, import duties, import brokerage fees, or other taxes or fees in the recipient's country, then the customer has the sole responsibility to pay these taxes and fees. 

  • Customers must pay the purchase price, Canadian HST 13% sales taxes, and shipping and handling charges immediately upon placing an order, without deduction.



 

Order Status
  • To check the status of your order, please log into your account online. Registered users can see their previous orders and re-order certain items. If you have placed an order as a guest, you will find a link in your confirmation email which will take you to your current order. 

  • Note: Once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping method.

  • If your UPS Tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We will ask you to check the following things: (a) Double check your shipping address. (b) Check the front door, other doors,  and family members. For business, check with co-workers.

  • When contacting UiA Graphics, please provide us with your order number and a phone number where we can reach you.

  • The UPS Claims process can take up to 14 business days. UPS will perform an investigation to confirm that you have not received your package. They will also ask you to sign a document stating that you did not in fact receive the goods in question. Once the investigation is complete, UPS will contact us back with the results.

  • If approved, we can either reproduce and reship your order or offer you a refund. Please note that when we reship a package, a signature is required on the second shipment. If denied, the reason for this would be because the UPS driver performed an investigation with an individual at the shipping address who confirmed delivery.



 

Secure Payment Options
  • Methods of payment available are based on the country where the order was received from and the total amount on the bill.

  • Credit card: Your credit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.

  • PayPal: The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to UiA Graphics. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed. (Not available for all countries.)

 
Returns & Refunds
  • UiA Graphics always welcome its customers purchases, refunds and exchanges. We want you to love what you purchase! If any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase(s), please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (including your initial shipping charge). All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to info@uiagraphics.com at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

  • If the item is defected, please email info@uiagraphics.com first to receive different shipping instructions.

  • If you're exchanging, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.

  • All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed item(s). If a washed item is returned, we’ll refuse it and send it to be recycled. We will not be responsible for your lose.

  • International Shipping Policy:

  • International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. We are not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by UiA Graphics. We will try to minimize these charges for you by listing the sale value of the order on the invoice. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing the costs for you. However, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice, and something we will not do as an established business.
